Is this a job board?

Yes and no. While job listings are built-in, the platform reverses and removes a lot of the status quo around job postings. Since you can find candidates directly, the job listing features are generally less important.

Is it for employers or job seekers?

Both! Elevate was built to empower job seekers with a stronger digital resume. With other platforms, users generally have to create and re-upload their resume over and over again. By building an Elevate profile, job seekers can maintain a single source of truth and link to their profile on other tools. 

For employers, this makes finding new workers a breeze. Instead of combing through piles of applications, they can search to find the candidates they need more efficiently.

Does this replace my ATS?

Potentially. We built Elevate with all the richness of an ATS, but with an emphasis on public profiles. You can manage candidates and act as an intermediary, but we encourage the profile data to belong to and be owned by it's users.

Can I use this privately at my company?
